A recent Spore Trap Analysis was conducted in our laboratory following a recent sample submission from a site in Stoke-on-Trent to assess indoor air quality and identify potential airborne mould spores. The evaluation aimed to determine whether environmental conditions posed any health concerns.
The results indicated the presence of various mould spores, including common allergens and those associated with damp environments. While some spore levels were within normal background concentrations, certain areas showed elevated readings, suggesting potential moisture issues. No immediate health risks were identified, but improved ventilation and routine monitoring were recommended to maintain a healthy indoor space.
By staying proactive with air quality checks, the site can ensure a safer and more comfortable environment for occupants.
