Mould surveys

We provide a comprehensive building mould survey & consultation service using the latest in diagnostic technology and investigative methods. Our mould inspection, mould testing and sampling protocols are based on established investigation methodologies, government issued guidance documents and international ISO and ASTM standards.

The mould inspection involves detailed inspection of the building and its surrounding, history of water penetration or flooding, consultation with occupants, making non-intrusive surface measurements and gathering surface samples and monitoring your indoor air quality.

In our report we will clearly state if the property is deemed habitable or not. Our assessment is based on the guidance published in the Housing Act 2004: Housing, Health & Safety Rating System.
