Getting a quote is normally pretty straightforward. You just need to tell the monitoring provider a few basics: how many workers you want sampled, what substances you use, and what processes take place. Most hygienists will ask for SDS sheets or short videos/photos of the work so they can estimate time on site and the lab analysis needed.
Once they understand the scope, they’ll send a written quote with sampling numbers, turnaround time, lab fees and reporting details. If you’re unsure what type of monitoring you need, the consultant can usually advise after a short phone call.
