Does HSE specify limits for plastic fumes at work?

The Health and Safety Executive (UK HSE) does not have a workplace exposure limit (WEL) for " fumes." Instead of setting a limit, for all fumes as a whole they provide individual limits for the chemical substances found in plastic fumes based upon the type of plastic and processing conditions involved in the workplace settings.
For instance when handling plastics substances such, as styrene may be emitted. The HSE has defined Workplace Exposure Limits (WEL) for styrene as follows;

Employers must evaluate the substances released during plastic processing at their facilities. Consult the relevant Workplace Exposure Limits (WEL) outlined by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). This strategy helps in managing exposure, to substances to safeguard the health of employees.

It is crucial to highlight that some substances do not have defined WEL limits, in place yet. In these situations employers are still required to evaluate and manage exposure levels to keep them at a minimum that's feasibly achievable in accordance, with the directives outlined in the Control of Substances to Health (COSSH).
