One worker, was highlighted for exceeding the action value due to the extended use of certain tools.

To address these concerns, the report recommended reducing tool usage times, improving maintenance practices, and implementing a formal system to track how long workers use each tool. Additionally, the use of anti-vibration gloves and regular health surveillance was suggested to help mitigate risks.
