Air-O-Cell sampling cassette
The universal spore-trap cassette for occupational and environmental sampling.
The Air-O-Cell is a unique sampling cassette specifically designed for the rapid collection and quantitative analysis of a wide range of airborne aerosols — mould spores, pollen, insect parts, dust mites, skin fragments, fibres, combustion emissions, fly ash and inorganic dust.
Unlike many spore traps, the Air-O-Cell can be oriented vertically or horizontally without sample loss, and operates in confined spaces smaller than 2 inches in diameter — making it ideal for HVAC ducts, plenums and wall cavities.
Operate the cassette at 15 LPM using any compatible sampling pump — typically the Zefon Bio-Pump Plus (available for hire). An outdoor background sample should always be collected for comparison.
