    Long-term radon exposure

A simple 3-month test is the recommended way to screen for radon.

The kit contains two standard passive radon detectors sealed in protective bags, with a record sheet, guidance notes and a stamped return envelope. After three months in place the detectors return to our laboratory for analysis.

You receive a clear, easy-to-understand report so you know whether action is required to reduce radon levels in your property.

    Who is this for?

    • Homeowners in radon-affected areas

If you live in a UK Radon Affected Area, a long-term passive test is the recommended screening approach.

    • Landlords & letting agents

Demonstrate due diligence for tenants in higher-risk regions.

    • Employers under IRR17

Workplaces in affected areas have duties under the Ionising Radiations Regulations 2017 — start with screening.

    • Schools & nurseries

Long-term screening is appropriate for occupied teaching and care environments.
