Why IAQ matters
Occupants spend over 90% of their time indoors. Poor IAQ — high CO₂, fine particulate, VOCs, mould amplifiers — is associated with reduced cognitive performance, sickness absence, asthma exacerbation and chronic respiratory disease. Post-pandemic, IAQ is also a public-health concern in shared spaces.
What we measure and how
Continuous logging of CO₂, PM2.5/PM10, total VOCs, formaldehyde, ozone, temperature and relative humidity over a representative occupied period (typically 5 working days). Pumped sampling onto sorbent tubes for speciated VOC analysis. Real-time anemometry and tracer/CO₂ decay for outdoor-air change rates.
